Our somatic therapists

Naomi Boulet

Couples · Trauma · Non-traditional relationships

Naomi specializes in supporting couples and ethically non-monogamous relationships, and also works with developmental and sexual trauma, emotional regulation and intimacy issues. Her approach works through the body and nervous system regulation: she combines Somatic Experiencing®, relationship coaching and neuroscience, in longer sessions that leave time to explore and integrate. She sees individuals and couples, in a space that is inclusive of queer and LGBTQ+ communities.

Émilie Poisson-Côté

Movement · Chronic pain · Relationship with the body

Émilie specializes in movement-based somatic therapy, for people going through a difficult period, chronic pain, a conflicted relationship with their body or relational issues. Her approach starts from what the person is experiencing in the moment: sessions alternate between dialogue and movement explorations, paying attention to sensations, emotions and thoughts. She sees each person beyond their symptoms and diagnoses, drawing on mindfulness and body awareness.

Valerie Addona

Anxiety · Trauma · Grief and transitions

Valerie specializes in nervous system regulation, for people experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, addiction or a life transition. Her body-centred approach draws on Somatic Experiencing, IFS and polyvagal theory, and uses movement, breathing and mindfulness to integrate what the body has held on to. She works in a trauma-sensitive setting, helping each person regain their power to act.
