Amélie Lévesque
Acupuncturist, founder of Les Vagues
Acupuncturist and founder of the Les Vagues therapeutic community. Guided by her sensitivity, she supports her patients in returning to balance. Her practice is based on listening, presence and the conviction that each person holds their own resources for inner transformation.
HER PRACTICE
Amélie favours a collaborative stance in the therapeutic process, where the relationship becomes a space for authentic expression. Her approach is part of an integrative health perspective.
Her professional path is nourished by parenthood, her life experiences, her university training in psychology, mental health and journalism, entrepreneurship and acupuncture. She trained as a Kundalini yoga teacher through the École de Tantra de France.
She is close to certain ancestral wisdom traditions through the teachings of Chomis T8aminik Rankin. She also organizes trips to discover Maasai culture in Kenya.
In addition to her acupuncture practice, she leads emotional release workshops and holds talking circles in Quebec and France. These experiences have shaped a therapeutic presence that is both caring and structured, open to the complexity and richness of human experience.
Outside her practice, Amélie finds her balance in nature, writing and film. She loves learning from her children and losing herself in contemplating the moment. She spends time in the spaces that nourish the same sensitivity she brings to her clinical sessions.
